Todd Snyder’s new collection is what summer dreams are made of. It’s an assortment of camp collars, tipped polos and bowling shirts in an array of creamsicle colors that epitomize the season.

If it wasn’t immediately evident, the brand gleaned inspiration for the collection from the Palm Springs of yesteryear, hence the predominantly retro silhouettes. The era felt most present in the clothes is the 1960s, and the Italian Checked Full Placket Polo and tipped detailing of both the ribbed polo sweater and bowling shirt are direct references to the past. They’re by no means subtle pieces, but that’s entirely the point — they’re meant to be the focal point of your outfit, and above all, they’re meant to be fun. Just let Don Draper on his California trip serve as inspiration. Even if you’re not in Palm Springs, or the 1960s, you can at least look like it.
