Though he’ll probably no longer be able to use it since the Warriors will be playing in a new arena in San Francisco next season, a Golden State fan did have a pretty great hack for scoring courtside seats at the team’s old stomping grounds at Oracle Arena.

In a video which he shared on YouTube, Trevor Laub revealed his scheme to the masses.

Basically, Laub would get himself in the door by purchasing a standing-room-only ticket. Then, he’d go online and see the best seats that were still available for purchase. After that, he would photoshop a digital ticket with the information about the vacant seats, save it to his phone and show that to ushers when needed.

According to the text that accompanies the video, Laub said he sat courtside at 29 games last season and went to 32 games overall.

“Joe Lacob & Bob Myers, if you’re reading this, i’m sorry im just a real Warriors fan that wanted to see my favorite team so please don’t press charges,” Laub wrote on Youtube. “ALSO big shout out to the REAL MVP the rich mf’er who had season tickets to the 2 seats i sat in every game and only showed up to like 4 games the entire season I APPRECIATE YOU! Let me know in the comment section if you have any questions about the whole process of how i did this.”

Here’s the video:

In case you are thinking of trying it, Laub has this reminder.

“This was for entertainment purposes only, do not try this unless you’re willing to face the consequences if caught,” he wrote on YouTube.
