The 10 Commandments of Being Completely, Utterly, Unusually Chill

As told by surfer, Hawaiian and generally chill person Coco Ho

November 16, 2017 9:00 am

Coco Ho is surfing royalty.

Currently ranked 13th in the Women’s Championship division of the World Surf League, she’s the daughter of former Pipe Masters winner Michael Ho and niece of ’93 World Champion Derek Ho.

Not that she needs pedigree for an introduction: Coco’s already bagged three wins in this year’s WSL Qualifying Series, most recently at Chiba, Japan’s White Buffalo event just a fortnight ago.

In other words, she can shred. But as a spokersperson for Skullcandy and a native of Oahu’s North Shore — aka surfing Valhalla — she’s also fluent in the language of chilling. Hard.

So we tapped her for 10 lessons on being completely, utterly, unusually chill.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the show. Now more than ever, we need cooler heads to prevail.
