It is a true testament to the limitless bounds of human creativity that even in the age of unlimited internet pornography, people are still coming up with new kinds of porn.
Something called “spite porn” is the latest NSFW genre to grace screens around the world. Not to be confused with revenge porn, which is illegal, spite porn is form of personalized humiliation porn in which clients request sex workers to record an offensive video for an enemy.
Rolling Stone attributes the term to adult content creator Allie Eve Knox, who was commissioned to record a video insulting a client’s ex-husband. The final product begins like any custom clip, with a legs-splayed Knox greeting the video’s unwitting recipient and spending about three minutes giving a typical erotic performance before launching into an aggressive, insult-laden harangue based on a script provided by the client.

Knox told Rolling Stone the client who commissioned the spite porn clip for her ex-husband “thought it would be a great way to have him hear what a terrible person he is.” The script she received from the client included specific details about her partner, including: “His porn obsession, his narcissism, how he is self absorbed. Stuff that could speak to most men.”
While custom porn has been gaining popularity in recent years, the spite-specific subgenre appears to be a novel category, with the clip going viral on Twitter. However, while Knox said this was the first request of its kind that she’d received, she added that she’s seen a major spike custom porn requests in general, telling Rolling Stone she is “shooting a fuck ton of customs every fucking day now.”
So, in keeping with the ancient teachings of Rule 34, whether you’re looking to send someone a sexy surprise or verbally accost an ex, there’s porn for that.
