Eighties ephemera seemingly knows no expiration date (Exhibit A: Stranger Things).
The key to pulling the nostalgia off right? Introducing a couple small tweaks to keep things fresh.
We’re talking really, really small tweaks. Just ask Ohio game maker Tiny Circus.
Their Tiny Arcade is a retro arcade game that fits in the palm of your hand. Powered by a 32-bit ARM processor and 3D-printed using your choice of wood or black or clear acrylic, the minute game station has a color OLED screen and pea-sized analogue joystick and buttons.
It supports the following games: Tiny Invaders, 3D Attack and Flappy Birds. More games are coming and can be uploaded via USB.
It’s available for preorder now, and we hear it makes a great gift for anyone with really small hands.
