After months of social distancing, we could all use a little outside time. Check your local HipCamp listings to find a campsite and plan a night under the stars. If your camping gear is looking a little worse for the wear, it’s probably time to make some upgrades. Fortunately, REI has your back. Their 4th of July sale ends today so make sure you snag a new cooler, camp chair, or whatever you need to stay comfortable in the great outdoors. You can shop the entire sale here or scroll down for a few products I’m eyeing.

Hydro Flask 24-Ounce Bottle

REI is marking all Hydro Flask’s down 25%, but if I was to grab just one, it would be the 24-ounce bottle, which holds enough water to keep you hydrated but is slim enough to fit in the cupholder of your car.

Coleman Triton Propane Stove

Fact: Food tastes better when you’re camping. This compact two-burner stove will have you feeling like Bobby Flay — even if you’re just making mac and cheese.

REI Camp X Chair

If you plan on having a fire, skip the tree stump and get yourself a nice camp chair. The Camp X checks all the boxes including a comfortable mesh seat and dedicated pockets to hold your cup and phone.

REI Groundbreaker 2 Tent

If you only camp once or twice a year, it’s not worth dropping a ton of money on a tent. The Groundbreaker will comfortably sleep two people and costs less than a Benjamin.

Coleman Steel-Belted Cooler

This cooler has enough space to hold 85 cans of your favorite brew. But I mostly like it for its retro vibes.

MPowered Luci Lantern

If you’ve never camped with a Luci lantern, you’re missing out. With eight colors and a soft matte finish, a few of these inflatable solar lanterns will add some fun light to a campsite after it gets dark.
