Now that Peloton is getting into the apparel game, you might be wondering: does every fitness brand need to be everything to everyone? Certainly not. That said, Adidas — whose shoes and apparel you’ve been buying for years — for some reason has been able to make a killer pair of sport headphones, and right now you can pick up a pair in a rare sale.
Over at Adidas Headphones (yes, they’ve got their own website), you can grab a pair of RPT-01 on-ear headphones or FWD-01 in-ear buds for $50 off. The Bluetooth models are both on sale in all three colors (night grey, light grey and signal coral), and they’re built to withstand sweaty workouts (IPX4-rated in the water resistance department).
Both models have been well reviewed, so it’s up to you to decide which you prefer. If battery life is your greatest concern, the RPT-01 offers 40 hours while the FWD-01 offers 16. On the flip side, the in-ear model weighs less than an ounce, so while the on-ear model is designed to stay put even during vigorous exercise, it’s hard to beat earbuds you barely even feel. Whichever you decide on, be aware that these don’t go on sale often, and this particular sale ends on February 13, if they don’t sell out sooner.
