“I don’t want something I need, I want something I want.” So says that conniving assistant in Love Actually. But if we’re being honest, that’s actually good advice for gifting this holiday season. If you’ve got someone in your life who enjoys spending time in the kitchen, you could get them some fresh hand towels or a stack of new plates, which they probably need. But what you should really get them is some of the undeniably handsome cookware from Great Jones, which they absolutely want.

If you’ve never heard of Great Jones, they’re one of many direct to consumer cookware companies that have popped up in the last five years or so. What separates them from the many redundant options out there is their keen design aesthetic, which doesn’t rely solely on nostalgia or new trends. For example, I’ve never been a fan of the mustard fad among Millennials, but I for some reason love the matte yellow of their enameled cast-iron Dutch oven (a color they’ve christened “mustard”). And then there’s the ceramic Hot Dish (a name I approve of as a Minnesotan), which walks the line between modern and retro quite nicely.

The only problem is that the ground shipping cutoff at Great Jones ends at 1pm ET today. You can still order after that, but it’ll cost you. To help you check off your list tout de suite, we’ve picked out our favorite giftable items below.

The Dutchess
Great Jones

The Dutchess

A classic enameled cast-iron Dutch oven, at a perfectly sized 6.75 quarts, but available in a wide range of colors to suit your giftee. I like mustard, but there is also your standard black and white and outrageous options like pink taffy.

Hot Dish

Hot Dish

Perfect for making tater tot hotdish (go ahead, look it up), this 9”x13” ceramic casserole dish can also handle more universally appealing recipes like lasagna, enchiladas and apple crisp.

Saucy
Great Jones

Saucy

Now this is cookware you can hang over your kitchen island. This three-quart stainless steel saucier features an aluminum core, pour spout, interior measure markings and elegant handles.

The Cast-Iron Family
Great Jones

The Cast-Iron Family

A slam-bang deal on the entire lineup of Great Jones enameled cast iron, including the large and small Dutch ovens and a skillet. Gift it as a set or split it up for three recipients (we won’t tell).

Great Fellow Kettle

Great Fellow Kettle

A collab with Fellow that takes that brand’s beloved electric kettle and does it up in a paint job from Great Jones. If they don’t have an electric kettle, you could be the person to change their life.
