Besides being able to live in a furnished cave, you can now call a canyon wall home. Set for auction on Feb. 11, the Utah Cliff House is cut directly into the red rock of Montezuma Canyon in Monticello, Utah. The 2,100-square-foot home consists of nine rooms, three of which are bedrooms and two baths. It also includes a separate 900-square-foot garage.
Completely wired for phones and Wi-Fi, the home is also all about privacy and sustainable living, with a fully functioning solar-power system that powers the entire 12-acre property; two 2,000-gallon water collection tanks; and a harvestable vegetable garden. The property also includes its own orchard and a vineyard. Below, take a look at the property itself.
