The 79-year-old must be really, really careful while eating his spicy queso dip

Many people, but especially men, who hit a certain age threshold or bank enough money to last multiple lifetimes have a tendency to say and do whatever they want because they no longer have all that much to worry about.

Jerry Jones, a 79-year-old man who owns the most valuable franchise in the NFL — the Dallas Cowboys — is certainly one of those people.

That’s why it shouldn’t be that much of a surprise that Jones watches NFL football in the nude and had no issue revealing that in an interview he did on Tuesday with the  “Shan and RJ” show on 105.3 The Fan. However, while Jones hinted he’ll watch other teams play in the buff, he did not say he watches the Cowboys play without his chaps on. That would just be weird.

“Well, I’ve watched them in everything that you have or without everything that you have on as far as dress is concerned,” Jones said about watching other NFL teams when the Cowboys aren’t playing.

If he wanted to, Jones could certainly afford to put on some pants as the Cowboys are worth $6.5 billion, a valuation that’s $1.5 billion more than the next team on the list (New England).

Losers of two of their last three games, the Cowboys will take on the Washington Football Team on the road on Sunday.
