The wife of Baltimore Ravens safety Earl Thomas allegedly pointed a loaded gun at his head before chasing him with a knife after finding out he had been having an affair and then catching him in the act, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
During the alleged incident on April 13, Nina Thomas tracked her husband down using social media after he left their Texas home following an argument over his drinking.
Upon finding Earl Thomas at an Airbnb rental “naked in bed” with another woman, Nina Thomas pulled out his 9mm Berreta and pointed the gun at his head “from less than a foot away” with her finger on the trigger and the safety disengaged, according to court documents. At some point during the altercation, Nina Thomas also allegedly pointed the gun at her husband’s mistress and other women at the scene and yelled, “I got something for all you hoes.”
She had taken the magazine out of the gun but neglected to take the bullet out of the chamber, so the situation could have turned deadly. As it happened, Earl Thomas was able to wrestle the gun away and only sustained a few bumps and bruises.
When police arrived, they found Thomas being chased around by his wife, who had a knife at that point. Nina Thomas was arrested and booked for burglary of a residence with intent to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/family violence.
“I am here to declare that my client unequivocally and categorically denies these allegations and we look forward to our day in court where we can clear her good name,” her lawyer Jonathan Goins told TMZ.
Earl Thomas took to Instagram before the release of the TMZ report, so he certainly had some prior knowledge that it was coming. “It’s really not anybody’s business,” he said in part. “It’s pissing me off that it got out but it’s the world we live in today. Instead of talking about it, just keep us in y’all’s prayers. Stuff like this happens, bro.”

“I guess I’ll be on TMZ in the morning somehow they got a police report with details,” Thomas wrote. “Obviously this is not how I wanted my birthday breakfast to start out or my birthday but it is what it is.”
Thomas turned 31 today.
