MSNBC co-hosts of Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, reportedly married on Saturday in an intimate ceremony in front of just a few friends and close family members.
And appropriately enough, they did it in a political setting.
The pair said their “I do’s” at the home of the Declaration of Independence and the original Constitution, the National Archives in Washington D.C., USA Today reported.
Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings officiated.

The pair were engaged last year while celebrating Brzezinski’s 50th birthday in France.
“When I saw him on one knee, I started laughing nervously, almost hysterically,” Brzezinski said when the couple confirmed their pending nuptials. “And then he asked, and I said, ‘Absolutely.’”
