Jersey Shore alum Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino made some new friends, and they may seem familiar.
Sorrentino, who is currently serving an 8-month prison sentence for tax evasion, has found company among fellow jailbirds Billy MacFarland and Ryan Collins, The A.V. Club reported. You know MacFarland as the dude behind that minor Fyre Festival debacle, and you may remember Collins as the loser behind 2014’s celebrity nudes leak, AKA “The Fappening.” In other words, a quality group of guys.
Sorrentino’s former Jersey Shore co-stars Vinny Guadagnino and DJ Pauly D (or, Paul D. DelVecchio Jr.) gifted the world with this horrific mental image during a recent appearance on Jenny McCarthy’s SiriusXM radio show. “They play Scrabble together,” Pauly D told McCarthy, whose own nudes may have been leaked by one of the Scrabble-playing inmates.
Unfortunately, the trio may find themselves torn apart when their respective prison sentences end. Sorrentino’s 8-month stint is the shortest of the group, with Collins midway through an 18-month sentence, and MacFarland taking home the gold with a full six years.
According to Guadagnino, the facility is fairly low-security, with “no bars” and alleged access to video chat and visitors.
Earlier this month, Nicole Polizzi, better known as Snooki, another Jersey Shore castmate, told Page Six her former costar was “having the time of his life” in jail, so it seems like he’s definitely learned his lesson.
