Kelly Ripa and Mark Conuelos Are Hollywood's Horniest Couple

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker may have spent the summer raising eyebrows and making headlines through a series of very public displays of affectionate finger-sucking and mid-gondola ride makeout sessions, but Kelly Ripa is here to remind us that she and husband Mark Consuelos have always been the horniest couple in Hollywood.

During Monday’s episode of Live With Kelly and Ryan, Ripa took the opportunity to inform viewers that she and her husband routinely work through pretty much whatever problems life throws at them with “sexy time.” This is a pretty cringey way of referring to the sacred act of husband and wife banging it out together, but to Ripa’s credit, falling back on that euphemism doesn’t appear to have been her original plan. During the episode, on which Consuelos joined his wife as co-host, Ripa began to say that “everything” for her husband is “settled with—” before Consuelos cut her off.

“Love,” he suggested, before Ripa half conceded, adding, “Love and sexy time.”

According to Ripa, “love and sexy time” is Consuelos’s go-to method for treating anything that ails his wife: “‘Oh, you’re upset? I know how to take care of that.’ ‘Oh, you don’t feel good about something? I’ll take care of that.’ ‘Oh, you’re feeling like maybe you’re overworked? I got you. I know what you need.’”

Consuelos, for his part, didn’t deny his wife’s claims, adding that sex is “how I deal with stress.”

This is far from the first time the long-term couple, who have been married for 25 years, have gotten candid about their apparently very active sex life. Back in 2019, Ripa revealed her then-18-year-old daughter Lola walked in on the couple having Father’s Day sex, which is apparently a thing when you are Mark Consuelos. In an interview the following year, Ripa claimed the secret to the health and longevity of her sex life was having met her husband at a young age. “We were really young, not that that’s the right time in somebody’s life, but we were really like, pliable, right? Like we were pliable to each other,” she said. “We really, like, learned — we learned each other well and so with that comes a certain level of comfort and confidence and experimentation and just fun.”

The couple also have a long, documented history of being horny for each other on main. Last year, Lola poked fun at the “thirst traps” Ripa frequently posts of her husband, and earlier this summer, the couple added to their growing collection of horny Instagram posts with a headline-making photo of Consuelos eyeing his wife’s backside.
