The Screen Actors Guild Awards stand out from other Hollywood awards shows for one obvious reason, and while the idea of actors honoring actors may sometimes be a little hard to stomach, it often results in nominees and honorees that differ from the usual suspects. That was certainly the case Sunday night (Jan. 19) as the cast of Parasite became the first cast of a foreign-language film in the show’s history to win the night’s big award, Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.
