First Fully Painted Feature Film Covers Van Gogh’s Life

Over 100 painters contributed to the cinematic homage that is Loving Vincent, covering the life of post-impressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh. The first movie of its kind, each frame is an actual painting itself. The film uses Van Gogh’s works as a springboard to investigate the artist’s love for life and the factors that led to his death.
