Rhino’s New XL SUV Frankly Doesn’t Care What Anyone Thinks

Are you rich and intimidating? Do you want the world to know?

If you think armored, extra-long, all-black SUVs are nothing but status symbols of American excess, look away now.

Because US Speciality Vehicles, a shop out in California known for its over-the-top luxury SUV performance modifications, has added an Executive model to its already-aggressive lineup of Rhino GX trucks.

As the tip-top of the GX line, the Executive Model provides a reimagined five-passenger layout that includes incredibly spacious seating with heat control and foot rests. The magic happens in the back, which can be partitioned off and features a 40” TV that connects to a primo entertainment system. This bad boy is so large and in charge it’s got an intercom system so the rear can communicate with the driver and front passenger seat.

So while it may look like (and actually be) an armored police cruiser stand-in, the inside is anything but.

Beyond that, the Executive Model has all the same trappings as the standard Rhino GX. Engine options include either a 6.8-liter V10 gas or 6.7-liter diesel V8 engine. Thirty-eight inch tires. Rugged exterior that will exact fear on the streets.

All of which is to say, so what if is this is American excess at its finest? What are you gonna do about it?

Head on over to USSV for a closer look.
