Seth Davis

Seth Davis is an award-winning college basketball writer and broadcaster, and a best-selling author. Since 2004, Seth has been a host of CBS Sports and Turner Sports's March Madness NCAA basketball tournament. A writer at Sports Illustrated for 22 years and at The Athletic for six, he is the author of nine books, including the New York Times best sellers Wooden: A Coach’s Life, and When March Went Mad: The Game Transformed Basketball, which tells the story of the 1979 NCAA championship game which pitted Magic Johnson against Larry Bird. Seth has served as president of the U.S. Basketball Writers Association, and in April 2023 he was inducted into the USBWA’s Hall of Fame.
