Nicholas McClelland

Nicholas McClelland writes about cars, watches and golf for InsideHook. So if you run into him in the wild driving something with a ludicrous amount of horsepower or on the course with a bag full of the latest clubs, he is, in fact, working. Nick is also a regular contributor to Men’s Journal and his work has appeared in Spy, L’Officiel, Sports Illustrated, Fatherly and Time.

When he’s not running down leads or reporting on a story, Nick is likely oil painting (his work has been compared favorably to the seven-year-old down the block), noodling on a Jazzmaster (the comparison here is less kind) or anguishing over how to pare down his watch collection. Even though he wears the same one every day, his jewelry box is full. Generally, you can find him skulking about the New Jersey burbs or on Twitter and Instagram @obiwankanbogey, but if he’s slow to respond, he’s probably having a good back nine.
