It’s no secret Jerry Seinfeld is a Porsche guy. He’s driven eight different models so far during the run of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, auctioned off a few in the past and said driving them feels like “this is not a grownup world, it’s still a fun world.”

He’s once again passing off that fun to a lucky (read: wealthy) bidder, this time in the form of his highly customized 2011 Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0.

As RM Sotheby’s, the classic car auction house offering the sale, notes, “Seinfeld worked closely with Porsche Exclusive to build a car perfectly suited to his tastes and preferences, one which would stand out from the crowd to the true enthusiasts but fly under the radar whilst out and about.”

That’s a tall order, considering the GT3 RS 4.0 was the last iteration of the 997 and thus highly coveted. Only 600 were made, and quickly snatched up. Seinfeld’s model is serial no. 009, though Sotheby’s writes this is likely “the final and most expensive GT3 RS 4.0 built.”

The customization includes forgoing the traditional hood and side stripes for a super clean black paint job, black interior and contrasting GT Silver Metallic accents. And that’s not a trick of the light — that is a hood of a different color, made of high-gloss bare carbon-fiber which is carried over into the spoiler and side mirrors. As the listing states, “No other 4.0 left the factory with bare carbon fiber bodywork.”

Head on over to RM Sotheby’s to peruse the rest of the details, including the 500-BHP pumping 4.0-liter flat-six engine and leather-on-leather interior.

But if you don’t see eye-to-eye with Jerry when it comes to auto aesthetics, there are plenty of others to choose from. This is just one of 70 vehicles hitting the auction block for The Porsche 70th Anniversary Sale, happening the weekend of October 27th in Atlanta, Georgia.
