18. Mexican Hot Chocolate
First, steam hot chocolate. Then add it to a glass with tequila, mezcal, and freshly grated nutmeg. Then drink it and feel terrific.
19. Cold Turkey
Here’s how this one works: Assemble some blood orange vodka, red vermouth, Douglas fir syrup, cranberry juice, OJ, and chai tea. Steam with an espresso wand until hot.
