You might remember Miles Daisher for his daring BASE jump over the “lost city” of Petra.
Well, he’s at it again, but this time a lot more frequently.
On the Summer Solstice (i.e. the longest day of the year) and with Red Bull on hand, Daisher spent an entire day jumping off a bridge, climbing up it again, and doing repeating the same feat until he entered the record books with 63 jumps in 24 hours.
What makes his record all the more incredible is that he was doing what is called an “unassisted BASE jump,” or as Red Bull notes, one where he isn’t given help getting back up to the top of the bridge. He literally had to hike back to the same spot 63 times.
