Well, that didn’t take long.

Antonio Brown, who has played two games since returning from an eight-game suspension for violating the NFL’s Personal Conduct Policy, is once again being scrutinized for an off-field incident.

Citing a police report, The Miami Herald reported Brown allegedly broke a security camera and threw a bicycle at a security-guard shack in the gated Florida community where he was living. The alleged incident, which took place on October 15, occurred before Brown signed with the Buccaneers.

Though police determined there was probable cause to charge Brown with misdemeanor criminal mischief, the homeowners association president declined to press charges because she feared Brown “may retaliate against her employees,” according to the incident report. When contacted by the paper, she downplayed the incident and said Brown had paid to fix the camera.

According to a spokesperson for Brown, Alana Burstyn, the “issues have been fully and amicably resolved, and everyone is getting along just fine.”

“Antonio regrets that he lost his cool that day and he has made amends with the HOA,” Burstyn said. “However, he is rightly concerned that he is routinely targeted by some people for mistreatment and undue scrutiny because he is Antonio Brown. He wants to be a good neighbor, good citizen and a good teammate.’’

In his two games for Tampa this season, Brown has 10 catches for 100 yards and has been targeted 13 times by Tom Brady.

“We are aware of the reported incident involving Antonio Brown prior to his signing,” the Buccaneers said in a statement issued to ProFootballTalk. “When Antonio joined us, we were clear about what we expected and required of him. Thus far, he has met all the expectations we have in place.”

As of now, it appears as if Brown will suit up for Week 11 against the Rams on Monday Night Football. That could change if the NFL decides Brown’s behavior in October was a violation of the Personal Conduct Policy and suspends him again thanks to his status as a repeat offender.
