The NFL has reportedly handed out $732,422 in fines and disciplined 33 players for their involvement in the brawl during the final seconds of the Steelers-Browns game on Nov. 14.

The league fined 29 players $3,507 each for “entering the fight area.” In addition to his indefinite suspension for ripping off Mason Rudolph’s helmet and striking him with it, Browns defensive end Myles Garrett was fined $45,623. Rudolph, who was not suspended, was hit with the biggest fine of all — $50,000.

“For my involvement last week, there’s no acceptable excuse,” Rudolph said in a statement on Wednesday. “The bottom line is I should’ve done a better job keeping my composure in that situation and [not] fall short of what I believe it means to be a Pittsburgh Steeler and a member of the NFL.” Rudolph vehemently denied Garrett’s claim that he used a racial slur during the fight, and the NFL on Thursday also said it “found no such evidence” that Rudolph used the slur.

Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey won his appeal and had his suspension reduced from three to two games, but he was still fined $35,096 for fighting. Browns defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi, who was suspended for one game, had his $10,527 fine rescinded upon appeal.

Both the Steelers and the Browns teams were also fined $250,000 each. They will face each other again in Pittsburgh on Dec. 1.
