The great, great granddaughter of Bacardi founder Facundo Bacardi Massó is listing her 1.3 acre property in Coral Gables, Fla., for $27.26 million through Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

And Hilda Maria Bacardi’s sprawling mansion is almost brand new. The house, which is also known as “Casa Costanera,” was completed in 2016.
