Actor James Van Der Beek revealed on Twitter early Thursday that he was groped by powerful male executives and cornered in “inappropriate sexual conversations” when he was younger.

Though he doesn’t name the specific executives, Van Der Beek joins actor and former football player Terry Crews in backing up women who have recently come forward detailing their experiences of sexual assault and harassment while working in the industry.
