It’s Moscow near the Hudson: The wife of the Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich has become the new owner of six Upper East Side properties, The New York Times reported.

The purchases include a set of townhouses that are being combined into a mega-mansion.

The transactions totaled $92.3 million and were apparently part of a property settlement between Abramovich and his third wife, Darya Zhukova, with whom he split last year. According to New York City property records, the transactions were also among the largest property closings for the month of September.

However, the single biggest sale last month was $42 million and was for a penthouse covering the entire 77th floor of One57, the skyscraper in the heart of Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row.
